Just to answer your question about entrecard…

Entrecard is a website that offers free advertising for blogs.
How does it work?
Sign-up for their site.
Provide your personal 125×125 logo of your blog. If you don’t know how to make one, you can use their free logos instead.
Copy and Paste your entrecard widget codes on your blog/site. (it is better if you place it at the top part of your page).
You are now ready to advertise after doing so.
But, you have to earn ECs (EC is the credits that you gain when you drop, someone drops on your widget, or when someone proposes an ad for you).
How to earn ECs? On your Dashboard, click campaign, then visit the blogs/sites that you can see under their respective “themes”. When you have opened their blog/site, search for the entrecard widget. It has a 125×125 logo then just below it, there’s the yellow tab with the word drop. Click the word drop to gain ECs. 1drop=1EC. Also, when you approve an ad proposed to you, you gain 1EC.
How to Advertise?
Click on your dashboard the Campaign button, look for a logo, make sure that you have enough ECs so you can advertise on them. Click advertise below the logo. If you want ads that are affordable, click the tab Recent/Current when you are already on the Campain area.

You gain traffic, you gain ECs… More traffic bigger chances of earning good ranks. More ECs more chances of advertising your blog on other blogs/sites.

Also, there are already a lot of bloggers/site admins selling ECs on the web. I think 1000EC is worth $6-7dollars. Recently, Entrecard made a function where you can sell your ECs on their site :)
